Service et réservation / Service and booking
Ramath+ provides one-to-one mathematics tutoring. A booking form is only a request. A session is confirmed only when Ramath+ records a date and time and sends or displays confirmation. Tutoring supports learning but does not guarantee a grade, admission, or examination result.
Responsable et élève / Guardian and student
A parent or legal guardian must create the family account and authorize a minor’s participation. Student accounts are issued only through guardian invitation. Account information and classroom codes must not be shared. The guardian must provide accurate information and tell Ramath+ when authority or consent changes.
Sécurité et conduite / Safety and conduct
Participants must be respectful, use the private classroom only for tutoring, and must not harass, impersonate, record, or distribute another participant’s image, voice, work, or personal information without explicit permission. Ramath+ does not automatically record sessions. Safety concerns may be reported through the confidential safety workflow. Ramath+ may suspend access to protect a participant or investigate misuse.
Prix, factures et paiements / Pricing, invoices, and payment
The price, applicable taxes, currency, due date, and service description appear on each invoice. Online card payment is available only when the invoice displays a payment button; otherwise Ramath+ will provide payment instructions. Card processing is performed by Stripe when configured.
Annulation et remboursement / Cancellation and refunds
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge at least 24 hours before the start time. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except when Ramath+ agrees that an emergency or exceptional circumstance applies. If Ramath+ cancels, the family may choose a rescheduled session or a full refund for the affected session. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time may be 5–10 business days.
Disponibilité, responsabilité et droit applicable / Availability, liability, and law
The service may be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or safety measures. To the extent permitted by law, Ramath+ is not responsible for indirect losses or failures outside its reasonable control. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada.
Modifications / Changes
Material changes will receive a new version date. New consent will be requested when required. Continued use after notice means acceptance only where permitted by law.
